Wednesday Evening Small Group Opportunities

Join Chuck Swindoll as he guides us throug the fog of confusion, anger, blame, and that gnawing silence we feel in the midst of suffering. Chuck's comprehensive study of the book of Job reminds us that we don't have to understand why we suffer....we only need to know that God is in control.
James: Mercy Triumphs: This Beth Moore Bible study will be held on Wednesday evenings at church from 6:30-8:00 p.m. James forces us to face the implications of faith. Be inspired to put your faith into action in practical ways as you get to know both the man and the book of James. Join Beth Moore as she explores such concepts as joy, hardship, faith, wiscdom, single-mindedness, the tongue, humility, prayer, and more.
My Heart, Christ's Home: This men's Bible study will be held on Wednesday evenings at church from 6:30-8:00 p.m This book has encouraged many believers. The theme of this book - the Lordship of Christ - is creatively expressed by considering the questions, "Is Jesus welcome in every room in my heart?"

SPIRITUAL GROWTH FOR WOMEN
All ladies are invited to attend our women’s Bible Studies that meet the third Tuesday or Thursday of every month.
Lydia Circle: The Lydia Circle meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m. at Meadowstone Good Samaritan Library. The library is located next to the 2nd floor elevator. The Lydia Circle will studying "The Christian and the Abundant Life". Their 1st meeting is Tuesday, September 20th and everyone is so welcome to come!!! If you would like a book or have any questions, please call Ruth Schoon at 338-0707.
Esther Circle: The Esther Circle meets on the third Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Kitchenette at church and will be doing the study "Faithful Abundtant True". They will be kicking off the year on Thursday, September 15th, with a potluck of salads and for this meeting will be meeting in the multi-purpose room at the church On this evening, they will watch the video from Session 4 from "Faithful Abundant True."
Faith Circle: The Faith Circle meets on the third Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at various locations. The Faith Circle will be studying a book from the Women of Faith series called “Resting in Him: I Need To Slow Down But I Can’t.” They will be kicking off the year on Thursday, Spetember 15th.
