Adult Sunday School is held each Sunday morning a 9:50 a.m. from September thru May.  A variety of classes are offered throughout the year.  

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 19 @ 9:50 a.m.

Fearless (Room #5): Each sunrise seems to bring fresh reasons for fear.  They’re talking layoffs at work, slowdown in the economy, flare-ups in the Middle East, and upswings in global warming.  But, what if faith, not fear, was your default reaction to threats?  If you could hover a fear magnet over your heart and extract every last shaving of dread, insecurity, and doubt, what would remain?  In this class you will go on a journey to the day when you can trust more and fear less.

Shepherding A Child’s Heart (Room #10-11)  Shepherding a Child’s Heart satisfies the hunger for fresh, biblical approaches to child rearing.  It is about how to speak to the heart of your child.  The things your child does and says flow from the heart.  Luke 6:45 puts it  this way. “...out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.”  Written for parents with children of any age, this insightful book provides perspectives and procedures for shepherding your child’s heart into the paths of life.

Joy of Living: (Room # 6)     This year the Joy of Living class will study the books of Daniel & Jonah.  The book of Daniel gives the personal history of the prophet Daniel.  In spite of pressure to join the religion and immoral lifestyle of Babylon, Daniel lived a life devoted to the one true God. The book of Jonah tells the story of an obstinate prophet who said no to God’s command to prophesy to Ninevah and fled in the opposite direction.  God pursued Jonah, bringing him to the realization that God’s way is best.    

                                                                     
Sunday School Guide: (Chapel) While studying the Sunday School Guide publication put out by the Reformed Church of America, this class encourages Christian growth and maturity through the study of the  Bible.  Each week scripture is studied and discussed.  Articles written by various church leaders throughout the country are also a point of interest.

                            
                                                            
 Nursery for all infants through 3 years old is provided during this time.  All adults are welcome to attend at any time!
